1. Who we are

CraveScore provides a platform for venues to collect and analyse dish-level feedback from diners.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No reverse engineering or abusive load on the service.
• Respect diner privacy and comply with applicable laws.

4. Plans, pricing, and billing

Pricing is per venue location unless stated otherwise. Trials are free and can be cancelled anytime. We may update pricing with notice; changes will not apply to your current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

We own the platform and brand. You own your content and grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of having them re-supplied, as allowed under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud, or risk to the service. Upon termination, we’ll delete or return your data on request, subject to legal obligations.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
